Alpenstone Agentic

We serve U.S. manufacturing SMEs through two integrated offerings:

1. The Alpenstone Academy, which provides applied education in process improvement and supply chain management in both online and onsite workshops; and

2. A bilingual SaaS platform that translates these methods into tools for daily manufacturing use.

The Academy draws on Lean Six Sigma and APICS-aligned principles, while the platform offers structured workflows, operational visibility, and AI-enabled functions across Standard and Premium Managed subscription tiers.

Our approach is designed to help manufacturers in sectors such as textiles, automotive soft-trim, and industrial workwear strengthen operations while developing the internal capabilities required for future industrial technologies.

Our Core Service Pillars

U.S. manufacturing SMEs often lack the structured tools and applied knowledge required to improve operations, manage supply chains effectively, and prepare for AI and advanced robotics. Alpenstone Agentic's bilingual SaaS platform addresses this gap by translating operational methods into practical, daily-use tools that support sourcing, inventory, KPI tracking, and AI-assisted decision-making.

1. Process Improvement Methods

Participants apply Lean Six Sigma's DMAIC framework and value-stream analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, determine root causes, and measure the results of corrective actions within their own manufacturing environments.

2. Supply Chain & Production Planning

Drawing on APICS-aligned principles, the curriculum covers inventory policy, production planning, and coordination with suppliers and logistics providers across inbound and outbound material networks.

3. Digital Operations & KPI Development

Participants learn to establish meaningful performance indicators and convert operational data into information that plant managers and operations professionals can use in routine manufacturing decisions.

4. AI Readiness & Cross-Border Operations

The curriculum prepares participants to assess their organizations' readiness for AI and advanced robotics while addressing USMCA cross-border processes and North American supply chain integration.

5. Human-Robot Readiness

Participants learn how people and advanced robots, including collaborative systems and humanoids, will share work in the very near future, and what a mid-sized plant must have in place before that interaction raises productivity instead of adding cost.

The module covers four practical questions:

  1. Which tasks are candidates: Repetitive handling, material presentation, kitting, and simple inspection support come first. Judgment, changeover, and customer-specific work stay with people.
  2. What the robot needs from the process: A stable method, a defined cycle, clear handoffs, and data a supervisor can trust. A robot cannot improve a process that has not been standardized.
  3. How the team works with the machine: Roles for operators, leads, and planners; when to intervene; how bilingual crews share one standard so English- and Spanish-speaking personnel supervise the same cell.
  4. How to read the economics: Early deployments are still narrow. The gain is hours returned to higher-value work and fewer missed cycles, not an overnight cut in headcount. Firms that measure the baseline can tell a real gain from a pilot that only looks busy.

The aim is internal capability. Participating firms should be able to assess a vendor proposal, scope a pilot, and keep ownership of the process after the integrator leaves.

Alpenstone Agentic SaaS Toolkit

Many U.S. manufacturers in sectors such as textiles, automotive soft-trim, and industrial workwear operate without adequate visibility into their processes or the capabilities required to navigate increasingly automated and integrated North American supply chains.

Alpenstone Agentic's platform provides the structured workflows, landed cost functions, and AI-enabled operational tools these firms need to strengthen current performance and build readiness for future industrial technologies.

Alpenstone's bilingual SaaS toolkit gives manufacturing personnel English- and Spanish-language tools to manage sourcing, inventory, landed costs, and KPIs within their daily operations.

Our Standard and Premium Managed subscription tiers provide access to the core toolkit as well as additional implementation support.

"I founded Alpenstone Agentic to give mid-sized manufacturers the same operational rigor as the largest industrial firms, along with practical tools to apply it on the plant floor."
